The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric tool designed to measure an individual’s psychological preferences related to how people gain and expend mental energy, the way they take in information and how they make decisions. The MBTI is the most widely used psychometric type instrument worldwide, with over 2 million users a year across 70 countries. The MBTI is used by most Fortune 100 companies and is available in over 30 languages including Arabic.
