An assessment is the process of evaluating and documenting, usually in measurable terms, knowledge, skills, attitudes and beliefs.

Our Process:

A combination of behavioural and competency-based interviewing as well as psychometric tests, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), to assess internal / external candidates against a predetermined set of client competencies to determine whether the individual needs, meets or exceeds them


Allows successful and accurate benchmarking internally as well as externally

Identifies high potential candidates and future leaders that must be retained within an organisation to ensure a talent pipeline

Identifies individuals that need to be nurtured as part of succession planning

Identifies “gaps” in competencies that can be corrected with the right leadership coaching, training and guidance
